How do I add documents on SIGED?

Go to the MY PHD STUDENT FILE menu of your SIGED space.

Then click the ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS tab.

Click the + icon on the top left of the table to add a document.

You can then select the type of document, add a comment and upload the corresponding file (pdf, jpeg, docx, etc.).

These documents will be accessible by all the parties involved (thesis supervisor, laboratory director, doctoral school director, the establishment).
