Problem in creating supervisor's account
SIGED may block the creation of an account for two reasons:
- Case 1: A pop-up window indicates “e-mail not available”. The e-mail address of the supervisor’s account is already used. Please contact sos.siged.
- Case 2: A pop-up window indicates “e-mail not valid”. The characters do not comply with the structure of a valid email address. Check the address with the supervisor.
