What should I do if I have not received my SIGED username/password

When you first enroll or re-enroll, an e-mail will be sent to your main e-mail address entered in the SIGED “personal information” tab.

If you have not received any messages, firstly check that they have not gone to spam. If not, contact the secretarial office of your Doctoral School to give a valid e-mail address. The Doctoral School will update this e-mail in SIGED and you will then be able to reset your password:
